We recognize that many of our clients have an entrepreneurial spirit and as they work to expand their businesses, their legal issues often become more complex. We also know that as closely held family businesses evolve over time, they often need legal advice to address changes in ownership, succession planning, estate planning, and other legal matters. Our attorneys are here to serve our clients through the “seasons of life” and support them through the long term.

For over 40 years, we have focused on representing closely-held businesses and their owners including leading commercial, financial service, and industrial companies. We also provide legal services to individuals in a wide range of areas.

Since 1975, we have maintained the tradition of representing our clients in a professional and ethical manner.  Our lawyers combine that tradition with modern technology to provide clients with prompt, cost-effective and quality service. As creative, practical problem solvers, we take a fresh approach to our clients’ toughest legal issues. We ask, “What are you trying to accomplish?” And then we accomplish it in unique, innovative ways.
