When it comes to running a business, legal issues should take a back seat to strategic solutions. How can the law advance your vision, support your work, and protect both your interests and your progress?

Taking this perspective is what we do at Tonkon Torp. We’re dedicated to thinking like a business, so you don’t have to think like a lawyer. Our team of collaborative, business-savvy attorneys is here to help.

No matter the size or complexity of your business, we bring the right people, the right questions and the right counsel to every client relationship. We support our clients with uncommonly responsive service, pragmatic thinking, straight talk, humor and expert support — and have since 1974.

We’re proud to be a member of the Law Firm Alliance. This strategic and highly-selective group of business and commercial law firms connect our clients with an international network of expert firms across all major areas of law. Wherever you are and whatever your need, we can help you find quality representation. The Law Firm Alliance also includes attorneys with specialty practices should you require expertise in narrower legal areas.

This network allows us to offer you global reach and capabilities without sacrificing the efficiency, accessibility, personal approach or competitive rates of a local firm.
